Want to Create a "Purchase Order" Account to Order Online?
- Your organization must be an easily verifiable Public School or Government entity.
- Simply insert your email address, name and create a password here. Then contact customer service to complete the account set-up process.
- We will need the contact information of the person responsible for paying invoices, including their email address and phone number.
- Purchase orders may be placed on the website, or by phone, fax or email when you have an approved Zuma account.
- Purchase order payment terms are Net 30 days.
Want to Order via "Purchase Order" Without a Zuma Account?
- PO's for schools and government agencies without an established account must have the contact name, email address, phone number and an authorized signature on the Purchase Order to be processed.
- Purchase orders for schools and government agencies without an established Zuma account cannot be accepted over the phone or via the website.
- You may fax orders with the required information to 512-593-5596, or scan and email orders to [email protected].
- Remember an authorized signature is necessary to process all purchase orders without a Zuma account. Payment terms are Net 30 days.
Zuma reserves the right to refuse orders via purchase order, including orders from those customers with established accounts. Certain items may be exempt from being ordered by Purchase Order including electronics or other products known to be frequently ordered in fraud attempts.
