Shipping is free for all products with a blue Zuma truck in the Shipping Information block when your order is over $75.00. Orders between $45.00 to $75.00 are charged a $9.99 shipping fee and orders under $45.00 are charged $13.99. We strive to provide you the fastest and most accurate shipments possible, and we will email you an order confirmation and tracking information.

We ship most orders via UPS the same business day when your order is entered before 3:00 PM in your time zone. That means many orders are delivered the next business day, and most arrive in 1 - 2 business days!  While we do our best to deliver the next business day, next day delivery is not guaranteed due to possible out of stocks, weather conditions or issues outside our control.  A small number of UPS items ship direct from the manufacturer and have longer lead times. For delivery times and shipping method details on each item, see the Shipping Information block on each product page underneath the item number.  Please be aware that transit times do not include weekends, and deliveries only occur on business days: Monday – Friday.

*Freight Items

Items unable to ship UPS, like certain furniture and over-sized products, receive a reasonable delivery charge. These products are noted by a dark green Zuma truck in the Shipping Information block on the product page. Shipping charges for over-sized items are $84.95 for orders under $700, or a flat 13% charge for orders over $700. For example, an order for a $375 desk has a shipping charge of $84.95. An order for a $750 desk has a freight charge of 13%. Exact freight charges can be viewed during the Check Out process before you make your purchase.

Freight items usually require longer delivery times.  For delivery time estimates on each item, please see the Shipping Information block under the item number on the product page.  Inside delivery or lift gate charges may apply, (see Freight Delivery details below).

Manufacturer Direct Items

To offer the lowest prices possible, some “Freight Items” ship directly from the manufacturer and have longer delivery times.  You can always see the estimated delivery time on the product page in the Shipping Information block.  Tracking numbers are not available online for products shipping through manufacturer carriers.

  2. Orders for UPS shippable items between $75.00 and $45.00 are charged a flat $9.99 rate for shipping.
  3. Orders under $45 are charged a flat $13.99 rate for shipping.
  4. Furniture and over-sized items unable to ship UPS receive a $84.95 shipping charge, or a flat 13% charge when the order total exceeds $700. Freight items are noted by a dark green Zuma truck in the Shipping Information block.

  6. You can always view any shipping charges prior to purchasing during the Check Out process.

Freight Deliveries to Business Addresses

Truck deliveries to business addresses do not include inside delivery. Truck shipments are tailgate/dock delivery. This means the driver will bring the items to the rear of the truck, but will not assist you in bringing the products inside. Inside delivery and set up is available in most areas for an additional charge. Please email us at [email protected] or call 1–877–473–4097 for a quote if you need inside assistance. Be sure to include your order number in your email. During delivery, should you request the driver make an inside delivery you will be responsible for any additional charges.

A signature is required for all truck deliveries and someone must be available during business hours to sign for a truck delivery, (Monday – Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm). In the unlikely event of product damage, please note any visible damage on the bill of lading / delivery ticket before signing for the shipment. When there is visible product damage on any delivery, it is best to refuse delivery.  Any claims for damage or missing items must be made within 48 hours.  IMPORTANT – DO NOT DISCARD THE SHIPPING MATERIALS / PACKAGING FOR YOUR ORDER. ITEMS NOT IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING ARE NOT RETURNABLE FOR CREDIT OR REPLACEMENT.

Freight Deliveries to Residential Addresses

Residential Freight Deliveries may incur additional charges.  We will contact you when this is the case.  Residential Freight shipments are tailgate delivery and do not include inside delivery or a lift gate. This means the driver will bring the items to the rear of the truck, but will not assist you in bringing the products inside or taking the products off the truck.  If inside delivery or a lift gate is required, please let us know in advance so we can make arrangements and inform you of any additional fees.  Extra charges apply for all deliveries that require a lift gate.

Residential delivery is not available in some areas of the country. We will contact you if delivery cannot be made to your address.

We do NOT ship to:  Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the Virgin Islands or International Addresses. 

APO/FPO addresses and PO Boxes:  Zuma also does NOT ship to APO/FPO addresses or PO Boxes.
