Shipping is FAST – most customers receive their order the next business day!
Orders under $75.00 ship next day for only $8.00!

We ship most orders via UPS the same business day if your order is entered before 3:00 PM in your time zone. That means most customers receive their delivery the next business day. For general delivery times in your area, see the Zuma Nationwide Delivery Time Map. Please be aware that transit times do not include weekends and deliveries only occur on business days: Monday – Friday.

Our goal is to provide you the fastest and most accurate shipments possible. Most orders ship via UPS, and we will send you a confirmation and order number via email should you need to track your order with customer service. Orders that are less than $75.00 are charged an $8.00 shipping fee. Free shipping is available for all products marked with the "Eligible For Free Shipping" icon.

Products unable to ship UPS, like certain furniture and over-sized items, have a reasonable delivery charge. These products are noted by a "Freight Charge Applies" icon. Shipping charges for over-sized items are $40 for orders under $400, or a flat 10% charge for orders over $400. For example, an order for a $375 desk receives a shipping charge of $40. An order for a $550 desk will receive a freight charge of $55.00, or 10%. All freight charges will appear on your order confirmation during the checkout process.

Products shipped via local trucking companies, such as furniture and heavy items, may require longer delivery times (inside delivery charges may apply). Our goal is to deliver over-sized orders within 2 – 4 business days, after receipt of order, based on product availability. However, longer lead times are possible.

Please Note:

  1. The last thing we want is an unhappy or surprised customer. If you have ANY questions regarding our shipping charges or policies, please email customerservice@Zumaoffice.com or call 1–877–473–4097.
  2. Orders under the $75.00 free freight minimum will be charged a flat $8.00 rate for shipping.
  3. Furniture and over-sized items unable to ship UPS receive a $40 shipping charge, or a flat 10% charge when the order total exceeds $400. These items are marked by a "Freight Charge Applies" icon.
  4. You can always view the exact shipping costs prior to final check out during the purchase process.
  5. If you are unsatisfied with the shipping charges, do not hit the "Submit Order" button.
  6. Inside delivery may produce additional shipping charges.

Truck Deliveries to Business Addresses

Truck deliveries to business addresses do not include inside delivery. Truck shipments are tailgate/dock delivery. This means the driver will bring the items to the rear of the truck, but will not assist you in bringing the products inside. Inside delivery and set up is available in some areas for an additional charge. Please email us at customerservice@Zumaoffice.com or call us at 1–877–473–4097 for a quote if you need inside assistance. Be sure to include the item numbers of the products you are inquiring about in your email. During delivery, should you request the driver make an inside delivery you will be responsible for any additional charges.

A signature is required for all truck deliveries and someone must be available during business hours to sign for a truck delivery, (Monday – Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm). In the unlikely event of product damage, please note any visible damage on the bill of lading / delivery ticket before signing for the shipment. Any claims for damage or missing items must be made within 48 hours. IMPORTANT – DO NOT DISCARD THE SHIPPING MATERIALS / PACKAGING FOR YOUR ORDER. ITEMS NOT IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING ARE NOT RETURNABLE FOR CREDIT OR REPLACEMENT.

Truck Deliveries to Home Offices & Residential Addresses

Inside delivery is not available to home offices or residential addresses. Truck shipments are tailgate/curbside delivery. This means the driver will bring the items to the rear of the truck or your curbside, but will not assist you in bringing the products inside. A signature is required for all truck deliveries and someone must be available during business hours, (Monday - Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm) to sign for a truck delivery. In the unlikely event of product damage, please note any visible damage on the bill of lading / delivery ticket before signing for shipment. Any claims for damage or missing items must be made within 48 hours. IMPORTANT - DO NOT DISCARD THE SHIPPING MATERIALS / PACKAGING FOR YOUR ORDER. ITEMS NOT IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING ARE NOT RETURNABLE FOR CREDIT OR REPLACEMENT.

Residential delivery is not available in some areas of the country. We will contact you if delivery cannot be made to your address.
